Our art workshops enable you to delve into your creative side while enjoying the company of your friends, colleagues or take some time out for yourself..

Splash some paint around, chat, meet new friends & create a masterpiece of your own to take home. Anyone can do this...no previous experience is necessary.

8 Week Course & 4 Week Course - Beginners course in a relaxed but fun environment.

We use round, square & rectangular canvases of different sizes, brushes of all kinds, in a FUN FILLED atmosphere creating, laughing, snacking, learning (& painting our hearts out)!

Explore dynamic abstracts, luscious florals, rustic landscapes, vibrant acrylics, dreamy water colours, our palette is limitless - Challenge yourself!

We supply all materials, 2 hr step by step fun filled tuition, professional artist & a grazing platter. Thirsty?? Tea and Coffee is available and we have glasses ready for your favourite tipple. BYO wine!!

Our home studio is available for up to 10 people or we can come to you!!

Behind the paint

Meeghan is a Sandgate based artist who has been following her creativity and passion for art since her school days. Over the past 30 years, Meeghan has channeled this passion into the creation of her own business “Cambridge Art House”, in Cambridge NZ and now "Fresh Paint Workshops" in Sandgate Qld.

Meeghan has spent the last 8 years teaching creative events throughout the Waikato in New Zealand and after a short trip across the ditch has relocated to the gorgeous bayside suburb of Sandgate. The Workshops are a fun way to explore your creative side and take away a beautiful masterpiece that has your own creative licence thrown in. Meeghans self-taught style is strongly influenced by Vincent Van Gogh, Frida Kahlo and French Fauvist artist Henri Matisse. Meeghan’s offbeat, quirky and colourful style produces vibrant paintings that evoke a sense of calm, energy and fun that enhance the mood of any room. Meeghans Commissions are hanging around the globe from architectual art to florals, tropical and native birds, landscapes and much more.
